This enamel pendant based on copper. This is a handmede enamel jewelry. The cat shape of the pendant give an interesting boho appearance for the necklace. He is a very cool cat. He get involved in strange and interesting situations always. In this case he fly away with an air balloon.
These jewelry are cut by hand with a shear and handpainted with a vitreous enamel, finalizing with an Italian technique referred to as Sgraffito (Italian definition means "to scratch"). Finally the painted and colored parts are burned in kiln. The length of the earrings are about 4cm / 1.6 inches. This is a nice jewelry.
The form of the pendant is cutted by hand with shear. The graphics is painted with vitreous enamel and used sgraffito technics (scratch work). Both side of the shape is enamelled, the back side is covered with black. Absolutely handmade unit.
