FED PLANT, UKRAINE FED-MICRON RARE HALF-FORMAT CAMERA Dedicated to Olympic Games at Moscow in 1980! ABOUT ITEM'S ORIGIN (You can SKIP it!) The camera was made by FED plant (Zavod im. F.E. Dzerghinskiy) in Ukraine (former USSR). ITEM'S CONDITION: EXCELLENT The camera still clean and attractive, even it was used more than 40 years ago. The covering is complete. The viewfinder is clear and sharp, focusing and other functions are easy and nice. Automatics still in working condition and changes aperture and shutter speeds in different light conditions, and blocks shutter release buttn when it is too dark. The lens is clean. All functions are available. TECHNICAL FEATURES * Frame size 18x24mm, usual type 135 film cassettes, for example 36 frames cassette will provide 72 half-format frames at presented camera. * Film type: usual type 135 film, can be applied any modern film in usual film cassettes. * Shutter speeds and aperture are connected in mode "A", it may be from F1.9+1/30 and up to F16+1/800. Mode "A" uses sunshine selenium battery on the front side of the lens. In dark situation into viewfinder appears a red mark and a shutter release bottom is blocks. * Manual mode using for a flash, You can change aperture with a shutter speed 1/30. * In "B" mode You have aperture 1.9 and a shutter speed manually as long as You need. * Shutter cocking is blocked with the film winding, all make by one lever. * Frame counter comes to "zero" automatically after opening the back wall for film loading. * Lens: "Helios-89" 1.9/30mm, wide-angle for such frame size. * Focusing is made with the scale of distances (in meters) from 1m up to "infinity". * You can inside viewfinder shutter speed for mode "A", symbols of focusing distance and borders of frame (include parallax correction for close-up distances. * The film speed may be 16, 22, 32, 45, 65, 90, 130, 180, 250 "rOCT", it is like ISO and ASA. * Cable release socket is presented. * Tripod mount 1/4". * Moscow-80 symbol is placed near front window of the viewfinder. The camera was dedicated to Olympic Games 1980 in Moscow, and was issued in 1979.
