• Please include the name and the selected font in the 'Optional note to the designer/seller' section during checkout.
• The custom cover name will be printed exactly as provided including punctuation and capitalization (UPPERCASE, Title Case or lower case), for example: LILY DAVIS, Lily Davis, Lily.D, Lily D, lily davis, etc.
• Next, choose either :
**FONT A: Sans Serif
**FONT B: Brush Script
for your preferred font.
Kindly separate the note using commas, for instance:
Lily Davis, FONT A: Sans Serif
• The customized name must be NO MORE THAN 12 CHARACTERS, which includes space and punctuation. For better text placement, we highly recommend you to print only your first name or your initials.
• If no preferred font is mentioned, we will use the default **Font B: Brush Script font.**

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We can only cancel orders within 24 hours from when your order is placed. Please make sure to check our processing and shipping times before ordering if that is an issue. Please keep in mind that screen display colors differently — colors on actual Mossery products may vary slightly from the image you see on screen.
REFUND POLICY:
All orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we sent you the wrong item. Please contact us if there is any damage to your order. If you have any additional questions about our Refund Policy, please do not hesitate to send us a message.
