Cardamom is a monocotyledon. Curved petioles with leaf sheaths attached to each other alternately at the base of the plant. The leaves are glossy green. The tip of the leaf is sharp, the base of the leaf is rounded, the leaf surface is smooth, the leaves are about 2-12 feet from the ground. Yellow petals produce fruit in bunches. Round fruit.
