拼配茶膽參照茶餐廳師傅的沖泡秘訣,只要根據簡易的沖煮方法,人人都可以在家中輕鬆自製香滑回甘的港式奶茶。

沖煮方法:
1. 先用小煲將 250ml 水加熱至沸騰。
2. 將茶膽放入煲中,以細火煮1分鐘後關火,再焗6分鐘。
3. 用茶匙將茶膽順時針攪拌6至8圈,令所有茶葉能均勻地吸收水分。
4. 重新加熱至沸騰再關火,即可使用。
5. 將 50ml 淡奶倒進茶杯,再倒入茶,即可享用。

Instructions
1. Boil 250ml of water in a small pot.
2. Put the tea bag in the pot. Simmer on low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. Leave to brew for 6 minutes.
3. Stir the tea bag clockwise with a teaspoon 6 to 8 times, and let all the tea leaves soak up the water evenly.
4. Bring it back to the boil, then turn off the heat. It is now ready.
5. Pour 50ml of evaporated milk into the teacup first, then add the tea.
