The base of the bowl will be smoothed with sandpaper before shipping. We explore various glazes and clays, seeking the best combinations to create a diverse range of ceramics in both color and form. To address this, we apply a waterproof treatment to all tableware using a sealant before shipping, eliminating the need for a preliminary soaking (mezoma). This waterproofing process requires 2-3 days, hence our shipping timeframe of 5 days from order placement. If you prefer not to have the waterproofing treatment applied, please inform us at the time of purchase. - Cutlery shown in the product images is not included. - We strive to photograph and edit product images to be as true to the actual item as possible.
