Award 2024 iF DESIGN AWARD 2024 2022 金點設計獎 Golden Pin Design Award 2022 臺灣綠工藝 Taiwan Green Craft 入選 Corner Wood and Rattan Simple Bench for Entrance Space, Living Space Corner系列- 3人座長凳 長124.5*寬35*高42 公分 | Dimensions : L124.5 x W35 x H42 cm Materials: Solid wood and natural rattan *Customization is available 設計概念取自早期常見實木與籐製椅凳，透過重新異材質設計演繹，融入到現代居家風格中。整體造型以輕量、圓潤、極簡設計呈現，同時考量要能使用國產木材，其輕軟、紋理、色澤豐富等限制皆需克服。 於是外觀強調簡單線條感，透過大R角椅腳設計來彰顯不同木材的紋理特色與溫潤感， 整體結構使用榫接技術與加厚內部結構板材，達到軟硬木皆合用之外型設計，並有效拉長使用年限。長凳使用模組化零件設計，只需3-4個零部件即可生產單人至3人座椅凳，能導入量化生產也能依市場屬性調整並客製化. 椅面使用高品質之籐材製作，籐製品同時也是台灣早期出口之重要產業。籐為天然素材，具有高伸張拉力與輕量特性，烏目籐編技法強度更能提供載重需求。木籐結合應用無金屬釘的壓籐技術，透過籐芯卡扣固定住木與籐編即可，也提供了未來維修的便利性。其網狀結構適合台灣海島型悶濕熱氣候, 相較木材質坐墊更能達到透氣涼爽的使用功能。 The design concept is taken from the early Taiwan local wood and rattan stools, and is integrated into the modern home style through the reinterpretation of different material design. The overall shape is presented in a lightweight, rounded, and minimalist design. At the same time, it is considered that trees locally cultivated in the mountains of Taiwan can be used, and its limitations such as lightness, softness, texture, and rich color must be overcome. Therefore, the appearance emphasizes a sense of simple lines. The large R-angle stool leg design shows the texture characteristics and warmth of different woods. The overall structure uses tenon joint technology and thickened internal structural plates to achieve a combination of soft and hard wood. Effectively extend the product life cycle. The long stool is designed with modular parts, to produce single to 3 seat stools only need 3-4 parts. It can be imported into mass production and can also be customized according to market attributes. The seat surface is made of high-quality Rattan. Rattan production and rattan products are also an important industry in Taiwan's early export. Rattan is a natural material with high tensile strength and light weight, and the strength of the webbing Hexagon weaving rattan technique can better meet the load requirements. The wooden rattan is combined with the rattan pressing technology without metal nails, and the wood and rattan can be fixed by the rattan cane, which also provides the convenience of future maintenance. Its mesh structure is suitable for hot and humid climates like Taiwan's island type, and it is more breathable and cool than wooden cushions.
