• It is oven-safe up to 356F / 180C and can be used Steamer machine.
• Freezer safe.
• WARNING You can neither cook over a fire.
• Do not use any "come to" enamelware product in the microwave, because our products are made of steel is not possible to use them to cook or re-heat any food in the microwave.
• Hand wash with a sponge. Avoid using abrasive steel wool or brushes as this may scratch the surface.
• Wipe dry before storing
• The outer porcelain layer can chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath it. When this happens the steel below naturally oxidises and the enamelware remains safe to use.
