This pattern has some backstitching and French knots (besides full cross stitches).  Light skin version: besides 22 usual DMC colors and 1 Kreinik color, it also has 1 blended color. Dark skin version: besides 24 usual DMC colors and 1 Kreinik color, it also has 2 blended colors. In this pattern it is possible to change the skin and cheeks color according to your taste. Choose the skin&cheeks color from pre-made examples or from the shades above. For the cheeks: in most cases *skin color + DMC 967 (which is also in the key)* will be the perfect combination.
