Houdong once went into decline from its booming times, while it now becomes lively again because of the residence of cats as well as nurturing from the residents and those loving friends. The sunset of Tamsui river witnesses the stories that happened on the Tamsui lovers' Bridge everyday, which is a unique and extraordinary memory , no matter it's joy, sorrow or touching.
