Name of the glassworks „RONA“ was based on the village´s name where the it resides to this day. As part of the glassworks is a production plant, logistics center and the castle, former residence of the founders, currently serving as the administrative and commercial center. There are created business meeting points and a showroom in the castle. Shortly after its foundation, due to the skilled glassmakers and the quality of its products, glassworks fought out an important position. Most of the production, as even now, was intended for export. The offer was also for gastronomy glass.
