We would send you an image which you could check how the design would look like within 3 working days. We would adjust the design if needed. [ Specification ] The depth of the laser engraving will be 0.1mm - 0.15mm (it’s deep enough to engrave initials and symbols on the top plate). [ initials ] Up to 2 characters. The below is the basic information for engraving symbol, crest or your own design. File format: we need the file in vector format such as AI or SVG. If you don’t have it, we will be able to convert your bitmap image or hand drawing into a vector graphic. It will cost $20-$50 and take 5 working days to finish it. Please note that there is slight chance to fail due to machine problem or power cuts. In that case, we will handle the issue and won’t charge any extra fee, but it would take 1-2 weeks longer to finish since we need to make another ring. We think it rarely happens, but we would appreciate it if you could keep that in mind. **Shipping Times** This product is a made to order item, and it will be dispatched within 10 working days  (Monday through Friday except for national holidays and company holidays). If you choose an engraving option, the shipping time would take 15 -17 working days.
