二十世紀現代主義與女性主義先驅吳爾芙,洞悉一戰背景下對集體心理衝擊,人群疏離而焦慮等內在情緒。戰後西方社會文化上嚴重的衝擊,在服裝也產生劇烈的變化。新藝術運動的褪色,女性服裝獲得解放,掙脫機能性服裝,躍上摩登舞台,紙膠帶上的配飾花樣正呈現女作家筆下當代女性服飾風貌。
20th century modernist and feminist pioneer Virginia Woolf witnessed the damage on collectivism that World War I brought, and the insecurities of people separated from each other. Postwar Western culture suffered great shocks especially in fashion. As Art Nouveau faded, women’s clothing was liberated from functionality and took center stage. The design reflects the women’s fashions of the time.
